Returns and Refunds FAQ

Here At Of Wild and Wonder, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy with your order we will gladly accept returns but only under the following conditions.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items which are not eligible for return
Due to the nature of certain products, some products will not be eligible for a return unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Items which are not allegeable for return are 

  • custom products and personalised orders (such as special orders or personalized items personalised orders)
  • Any goods which are perishable ( eg food, flowers)
  • personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Digital downloads
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Conditions of return 
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs ( unless the item arrived damaged then we will pay shipping but evidence must be provided*, we reserve the right to refuse to pay for postage if evidence is not sufficient)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalised items.

Return Process

Contact Us via email- Before returning an item, please contact us at Ofwildandwonder@gmail.com  with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Any items returned to us without first contacting us to start the returns process will not be eligible for a refund. 

Prepare Your Return- you will need to securely package the item(s) you are returning. Include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) to the address provided when you contacted us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm it is in its original condition with original packaging, documentation and accessories, we will then process your refund. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take several days to appear on your statement. We thankyou for your patience

*Sufficient evidence for us to pay for return/refund postage ( we still hold the right to not give a refund and pay postage if we think the item was deliberately damaged.)

    Any refunds made will always be made to the same card that made the purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective or damaged items may be refunded but this must be within 14 days of you receiving the item(s). Refunds must be made to the payment method originally used to place the order. Exclusions may apply regarding refunds.

 

Exchanges and cancellations
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. However, please contact us at ofwildandwonder@gmail.com  if you have any problems with your order. We will do our best to assist you, If the item has not yet been posted we may be able to help you cancel the order however if that item has already left the studio you will have to return the item at your own cost following our returns process.

European Union 14-day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ofwildandwonder@gmail.com.
