Shipping 

When do you post your orders?
Here at Of Wild And Wonder we aim to package, ship out and dispatch your orders as promptly as possible. But as a minimum of once a week, ( 7 days)  please bear this in mind when ordering your goods.

 Currently, we ship all our packages with Royal Mail, the shipping times for this will vary depending on where you are in the world, so please see below for more information regarding shipping times. 

Uk orders 

Royal Mail 1st class- 1-3 days + 7 days for dispatch
Royal Mail 2nd class- 3-5 Days + 7 days for dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked- 24-48hrs depending on the option you choose at the checkout +7days dispatch 

Please allow up to two weeks for your orders to arrive, delays can occur and this is especially the case for holiday seasons like Christmas.

PLEASE NOTE-Overseas EU and worldwide shipping and Import Duties
We use the Royal Mail currently to ship worldwide. All shipping is calculated at checkout so just select your address and this will be calculated automatically this is by weight. All orders which are shipped overseas outside of the UK do have the chance that they could be subject to import duties and tax. These duties and taxes are beyond our control they are set based on the laws duties and taxes of the recipient country. If any Duties or Taxies are incurred due to the order they are the responsibility of the recipient

EU orders - Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive unfortunately sometimes things can get caught up in customs, and this causes delays.

Rest Of The World - ( Coming soon )

The rest of the world - Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive, on average international orders take between 1-3 weeks to arrive but on some rare occasions it can take up to 6 weeks. 

How can I track my order?
Once your is shipped from the studio you will receive an email that updates you, this email will contain a tracking number if you choose ( and paid extra) to track your order at check out. You will only have a tracking number if you paid for a tracking postage service. Also, it can take a while for tracking to be updated this can be up to 24 hours after your order has shipped 

I have not received my order.
There could be many reasons you have not received your order we suggest that you first check the product listing, there could be information listed as to why your order may be held up. But If your order has been shipped, we recommend checking your tracking details but also to check with your neighbours.
